Belannaer minor bug
Belannaer's quests say he unlocks the Cloak of Stars at level 8, but it triggered at level 12. Not a big deal, but at first I was worried there was a bigger problem.
Edit: paid more attention, the Book of the Phoenix is awarded instead. Presumably the rewards were swapped somehow.
