Is there a safezone?Seems SW side is a safezone,perhaps we can make some quests related?

One thing I don't like about NPC's is that they invade the entire world and they have quests.
I personally do not want to create my own quests as I'd run out of ideas immediately. Though the best I could probably do in an attempt is to port the Quests and NPC's from Russia into Alkaya.

I think they should add a small stream to connect the two rivers so the boats are more useful
