Playing Tamurkhan the Maggot Lord campaign. Built tier5 settlement which says unlocks Chaos Dragon in ROR panel. Don't see it for any army I have, even tried with a lord in the tier5 settlement to see if it was a proximity issue. Unit never shows up as an option to recruit. Is this by design and just a leftover from other Chaos factions?
