INNER ISSUES FOR SINGLE MODS
So long the mod dont work well in da right way how the mod creator it planned, because the mod is not updated or produce issues with other mods. Thanks to the Steam user "IERD" to remind me of this type of smaller but game experience braking issues!

To fix this type of issues i came to ma four points reminder system.
1. The mod creator have to update his mod!
2. Someone have to create a submod to let the mods work well together
and you have to find them!
3. The most disgusting, but important well working point,
deactivate the issue producing mods... not ma goal!
4. Ma goal, find a clever way around the issues, and share it!

Overall for hordes and da "change your settlement" mod i prefer da Tier 4 mod, because da population mod works better with stable provinces from start on.

This mod cannot be enabled or disabled midway through a campaign, you need to start a fresh campaign.

Reminder from da Mod developer:
DISCLAIMER !!!!!!!!! Sometimes the game won't load the lighting changes.... so go into settings and load high lighting, then save changes and go back to low and save changes. No idea why the game does this; it's the game's engine, not my mod.

This mod needs a lot of submods to work properly and to be useful for ma mod build!
Because a lot of mods doesnt effect him.

Unexpectedly, at da moment, you can let run both mods together without getting a CTD. But Cataphs mod will overwrite Reds mod.
How ever, a submod looks like not so complicated because of that.
At da end of da day you have to do a choice which one you want to activating to play.

Does this affect battle lighting? I've been having to switch brightness from 200% when on campaign and 0% when in battle.
