Vex Primordia - Experimental Content Patch

ISSUES
Post here for any issues around the patch.
Some known issues are:

## Frameworld
* Decisions: Cannot decide on penrose sphere or matter decompressor, as starting system is currently not a black hole like the original origin.
* Districts: Not spawning starter districts, cripples economy in the beginning. Could be event fires in the beginning that are in seperate file

## Incohesive
* None currently (whew)

## Vex
* Decisions: Deciding to machinoform the frameworld results in the destruction of the frameworld and replaces it with a vex machine world. Will implement a decision to change it back (will only be an option for the homeworld)

The frameworld does not appear when starting a new game.

In my testing it would appear, but very very small and not centered over the star.
Try to select your world with the outliner and add a single module. This should reset the model size and make it visible again. I do have fixes planned for the above as well.
the frameworld starts with basically no districts, and it really hurts your economy

The frameworld's blockers which allegedly creates additional mining district slots does no such thing for me.

Also, are you willing to add all the automatic turret placements around the home system that the original frameworld mod has??? I personally would prefer if the Vex homeworld was of the original frameworld format where it is over a black hole and surrounded by Debris...

Maybe something involving Destiny guardians banashing the vex in an eternal prison in time... and the vex finding a way out to punish the galaxy??

This is the objective. The last patch had some issues where the frameworld and black hole were overwritten by the Vex origin a little too much. I will likely have to rewrite this now that I understand everything better.
