I recently started using this mod cause I thought it'd be a good alternative to A Petition for Provisions (which lets you order specific items from other settlements). However, I'm struggling to get any of my contracts fulfilled, even at 2x mark up and after 30 days of waiting.

Are there any suggestions for "sweet spots" to get items quickly or guaranteed? I saw there were mod options for the fulfillment chance, but they're all modifiers for values I don't really understand yet.
