Can't make new mining stations?
Maybe I am missing the correct tech but I can't ever create new mining stations, every other type shows up on the list besides the mining station. Is this a glitch or am I missing something?

Mining Stations are only available as an option if the planet has appropriate deposits (either spawning on the creation of the planetary station or with a deeper exploration).

can we change this? so that they spawn on Barren planets more frequently?
