Warcasket Quality

i humbly request an option for warcaskets to have quality

if not that, maybe a hint on how one could mod that functionality in? i tried using "everything has quality", but while the mod did add qualities to warcaskets, it seems the process of creating them only ever makes them "normal", no clue why
