Just got this mod the other day and everything seems to work fine except for fanny packs.

settings i've used: I've set all containers to have a weight reduction of 100 and a capacity of 150 using the static value setting. I've also got it set to where i can wear two fanny packs (front & back) plus satchels and shoulder gear.

Once i did this everything works fine untill my rear fanny pack reached about 50ish weight where it started taking longer and longer to put things into it until finally reaching the point to where it took me half a day game time to simply put a roll of duct tape in it. Removing items was similar but not as long. The Front fanny pack was no issues and backpacks and ammo slings are fine as well.

If this is a known issue or some game limitation that i missed in the discription sorry for posting, i'm going to try again and see if it continues with a new game.

Edit: Wanted to add a bit more after playing with it again, the lag or slow transfer is when take an item from the player inventory and add it to the fanny pack, other inventories transfer normally
