Keep getting an error saying this file doesn't exist on client whats the deal ?

It also isn't showing up in the enable mods menu.

Having the same issue as @Space Cadet. Reset my PC and updated my drivers only to log back onto Project Zomboid and the mod not showing up in the list of mods. Went and unsubscribed, loaded up the game, logged out, then resubscribed and still not seeing it on the list.

I am not sure, the update must have done something that I did not expect. I reverted to the last known good configuration.

it should be fine now. I reverted the patch.
