XCOM 2
[WOTC] MOCX Customizer+
LWOTC Classes
Does anyone know if this mod works with lwotc's default classes? Gunner, shinobi, etc?

From what I can tell this mod generates the base game classes, not LWOTC classes. It does work with LWOTC but as an example a MOCX Ranger will use a sword, not a shotgun as his secondary and a MOCX grenadier will use a cannon as his primary weapon. Would be nice to be able to force MOCX to use LWOTC classes instead for consistency sake.
Makes sense!

To convert the reward Soldiers given to XCOM from base classes to LW classes, you will need to edit XcomDarkClassData.ini file.

You will need to add the following to either your local override mod or the bottom of the file in The MOCX Initiative mod:

[DarkPsiAgent X2DarkSoldierClassTemplate]
; Do not need to touch the Psi Operative since it is the same class name

[DarkSniper X2DarkSoldierClassTemplate]
-CounterpartClass=Sharpshooter
+CounterpartClass=LWS_Sharpshooter
+CounterpartClass=LWS_Shinobi

[DarkSpecialist X2DarkSoldierClassTemplate]
-CounterpartClass=Specialist
+CounterpartClass=LWS_Specialist
+CounterpartClass=LWS_Technical

[DarkRanger X2DarkSoldierClassTemplate]
-CounterpartClass=Ranger
+CounterpartClass=LWS_Ranger
+CounterpartClass=LWS_Assault

[DarkGrenadier X2DarkSoldierClassTemplate]
-CounterpartClass=Grenadier
+CounterpartClass=LWS_Grenadier
+CounterpartClass=LWS_Gunner

One question though, under base game classes I see this entry for what looks like a mod added unit. I don't have the Proxian mod. Does that mean this unit won't appear? Or that I need to pick a long war class or classes to assign it to if I capture one?

+CharacterPoolCounterparts = (DarkSoldierClass = "Proxian", CounterpartClass = "Proxian")

You don't need to modify any of the base configurations in Customizer+. Also, those configs are in XComDarkXCom, and you are wanting to put the configs I mentioned above into XComDarkClassData
Worked great, just had my first MOCX mission and captured a psi op and a specialist and this time the class count mod shows the specialist as the same class as my other specialists. Without this tweak I wind up with 2 separate types of specialist class.
