I must be missing something but I just can't figure out what it is. In the advanced options for LWOTC there are some I can switch but others that say they can't be changed in game, yet they have menu options listed (but greyed out). How do I change these? I don't see any advanced difficulty options accessible from the options area at the main menu screen.
