Also, the back-side of their sheets all float above the table.

You probably have it cached locally so don't see that it's missing.
I've verified that the image URL for Stanza and the 1 point health chip was bad. I've updated these two and they should be good now.
I've increased the time the scripting waits before locking items to the table which should prevent them from being locked while still in the air.
If you still see any issues with these or find new ones just let me know.
Bugfix:
The stack of infinite-chips for health still lacks an image, and spawns floating.
Ghillie's minions lack images. Also true for Tink and the Labrats.
Gasket's main token is missing. Dart's main token is missing. Boar'D is present. (Also, Gasket's tray is named "Gaskey")
The back-side of the gearloc sheets still spawns floating. (Not sure why, they come out floating whereas the front side come out on the table) (Update: This might be a "first load" issue. This may be true for other "floating objects" issues., like the infinite-chips for health)
There are 3 items in "Build a Tyrant" that are missing images. (9), (16), and (19) when searching.
Locgear is mostly blank. Everything but the Chip and the Die. (1) to (7), as well as (9) are missing when searching.
Blobulous is missing 3 cards, (1), (11), and (12)
Amanight is missing 3 cards, but it's the first three when looking in his container, (1), (2), and (3)
Oxide is missing 3 things, (6), (9), and (11) when searching his container.
Kollossum is missing 1,2 and 5
Goblin King is missing, 1, 2, 3, and 5
Gendricks is missing 1, 2, and 5
Drellen is missing 1, 2, 3, and 5
Nom is missing 9, 10, 12, and 13
Oh, and I'd spread the rulebooks out, too. It's visually pleasing, but there's no way to flip through any of them but the top, unless you use the "pop to screen" function.
I've found that I can disable mod caching and reproduce all of the issues that you listed.
The floating chip stacks and reference cards are a first time loading issue, in as much as if the image artwork hasn't loaded yet the object remains floating. Then I end up locking it in place and it stays in the air.
I've increased the lock time for these floating objects to 10 seconds, up from 2 - 2.5 seconds and the artwork is correctly loading with 4 - 5 seconds to spare. I tried to give a lot of time for those who have slower internet connections but I'll need to wait for more bug reports to know if this is long enough for everyone.
The missing card images all relate to a whole deck of cards that had the URL go bad. (I don't know what caused this to happen yet.) I've been able to replace all of the cards using the bad URLs with good URLs.
The missing chip images is the same issue, a whole batch of chips that reference the same source art file had a bad URL. I've replaced the bad URL of the affected chips with good URLs.
I agree on the TMB rulebook placement. Lately I've mainly used the pop out to screen option but for anyone wanting to browse on the table the original placement isn't good.
The location on the table isn't final as I think I'll need to re-arrange these bits once I add in the artwork and decorations.
I'm glad to get all the problems patched up! Anything beyond those will surely just be scripting issues.
The only other issue I've experienced is that I can't select Undertow encounters, but I suspect that's because of me using a core-game Tyrant.
Also, I can't select anything but "Single tyrant", but I imagine that's just the script not being set up for more than that.
