Broken Policies
I would appreciate, if any of you guys show me what policies are not working, and more specifically, what buff is not working.

army doctrines, all of them. also in general every policy should have a downside in my opinion

I agree with this! Although the Mod is most certinally good. It is rather op as to me it seems the AI is not smart enough to use them. Therefore giving the player a large advantage

Thanks for the opinions, if many people agree with nerfing. I make some adjustments.
Or i can mantain the status, but do adjustments to the AI

also the army doctrines seem unbalanced. shock and awe is crazy good rn, maybe lowering the buff for it or increasing supply consumption would balance it

keep working at it though, i already love this mod and with some balance it has the potential to add even more complexity and choice to ur campaigns

Yeah, there really is some nerfing necessary. Most buffs are somewhat too strong.

Well, maybe I'll make some adjustments, for example increase the cost of political power of some choices (That are very impactful) and slightly lower the statuses for now.

Its, sad but in that case the game is broken, the function to add resource its only working for rubber, i created a discussion in the forum, but no one aswered me yet

Could you lock the Civilian Assembly for AI, they seem to just pick one randomly, so that on historical I'm getting a germany thats 50% non aligned and a US, UK and Brazil that are all almost communist

They are right, the only thing that i will do is making the AI not picking then, because this can broken them.

Yes, only players will get that, after i update.

Apparently modify_building_resources only adds a resource to a building if the building already produces that resource. That's why the rubber idea works. If you add for example oil to the synthetic refinery and choose the oil idea then it adds 3 oil to it. Not sure if paradox intended it to work like this.
I just had an idea and tested something. If you add local_resources_oil = 0 to the synthetic refinery in buildings.txt then it won't produce any oil BUT it adds the resource oil to the building and when you pick the oil idea, then it does add 3 oil to the building. A little workaround to make the resource ideas work until modify_building_resources gets fixed if it isn't working as intended.
You'd have to add local_resources_<insert resource here> = 0 to the refinery for the other resources too though in order to make all resource ideas work. One negative side effect of this though is that the tooltip of the building will show 0 oil, 0 chromium, 0 tungsten etc.
