Report a translation problem
1. At the Github page, in the upper right corner, there's a Green button that says "< > Code". Click that.
2. At the bottom of the dropdown that opens, click Download ZIP.
3. Save the ZIP file somewhere you can find it.
4.a. Navigate to your Rimworld local mod install location. It'll be something like "..\steamapps\common\RimWorld\Mods". Alternatively, you can open Steam, right-click Rimworld > Properties > Installed Files > Browse... and it'll get you basically there.
4.b. If you don't have a "Mods" folder inside your Rimworld directory, make a folder called Mods.
5. Open that ZIP file you downloaded earlier, inside should be another folder named "RH2-BCD-First-Aid-main"
6. Drag and drop that folder into your local "Mods" folder.
7. It can now be enabled via your favorite mod manager.
