Having

ArrowCosts=0,0,0,0

in GUS.INI won't let use the bow without any consumption of fuel. There's no arrow in stock so nothing can be fired. This might be due to the calculation (amount of fuel x 1 = 1 arrow of the selected source) so 0 x 1 = 0 and can never exceed.

It would be great if fuel consumption would be disabled by setting a value to 0, giving always 1 arrow, no matter, what kind of fuel has been (not) set. Having different types of arrows could make some without charge while others are with -- or completely everything for free.

Not a bug. The tek bow requires ammo and you trying to use 0 means no ammo. Not something I can fix.
