enemy units not spawning on Defense battle in conquest.

Hello,
So I had all the updates yet the enemy never seems to spawn when playing Defense and idk why. It works fine for attacking though...Any help?

valour mod is not compatible with other mods due to new nations added
Mixing mods it is your decision.
