Massive spray of bullets

For some reason when i have Dual wield active once my pawns are done aiming they let out a endless torrent of bullets an insane rate of fire with no cooldown or re-aiming. Is it the dual wield mod itself or dual wield acting up due to a weird interaction with another mod
