Report a translation problem
During my investigations I found the cause is likely due to the Altitude/Phase values of the sector definitions not being set to "correct" values. Setting just the Altitude value higher was enough to get them to position around Anka, however there does not seem to be a simple method of creating a catchall failsafe for such a situation, without breaking the other alignments. As such it is unfortunate that I have no "fix" to offer.

Oh, actually...I've found an okay solution to this now. It is now included in the latest version of
HRFan Mod
This fix is no longer included in the HRFM fan patch itself, and is instead included in the Harmonic Fixes mod.
