Station takeover is midly broken (NPCs use knifes only)
Separatists attack only attack using knifes. They spawn with everything expect rifles (but for some reason they spawn with ammo)

I think I got the same problem, must be the CoL compat, I'll check that, because they spawned with the correct ammo, but no rifle
