DE-Configurator not found
I read from this post that it is possible to set JobBoard event configuration.

I tried to spawn using both itemName and itemIdentifier, but console failed me.
I went through the mod file and found that,
Category="Hidden" hideinmenus="true"

Is it possibly because of these attributes?

I got it to spawn using 'spawnitem de_configurator inventory', it could be a mod conflict or corrupt files. (Also make sure to do enablecheats) It should be noted however that unlike what was said in that post you're unable to change the rate of the job board activating; only if it spawns at all locations, as well as if every kind of mission is available; not if the board activates, sadly. I for one think that the changes to make it have a chance of not
activating was kind of absurd and stupid and the mod was a lot more fun before. ok it didnt work last time but now it did what the ♥♥♥♥

Problem solved. I think the mod was corrupted for me because reinstalling and replacing Dynamic Europa mod in %AppData% solved it.
