No issues have arisen so far while testing with "Serpent's Kiss restored" enabled.
However there was a bug with familiars not spawning in which was fixed earlier today!

Glad to hear that you found the issue! Did this also solve the Nugget problems?
And if I have permanently charmed enemies, the familiar will sometimes teleport to their position instead of the position of enemy that should be attacked, although the familiar will not actively attempt to attack the permanently charmed enemies.
And this has also been fixed!
As for this. The familiar's chasing / choosing targets logic hasn't been changed and issue would also happen without the "Rotten synergy". So that's a bug in Deliverance and not this mod
