i have [WOTC] WSR Weapon Skin Replacer - Configuration Mod and i am using alternative mod launcher but under config i only see XcomEditor.ini, XcomEngine.ini, and Where is the XComWeaponSkinReplacer.ini?

So, my thought was that the template name for Reaction Speed Training is "MaxUtilSpeed". But, looking at the above examples, when I do a search in localization for (e.g.) "ScopeUtil" I get no results. In fact, I can't see ScopeUtil anywhere in the code. Localization has "[MaxUtilScope X2WeaponTemplate]" in localization. I found similar in the source code. Nothing that says anything about "ScopeUtil". I'm quite confused, lol
