Skill Recovery Journal isnt on the settings
My friend has a problem with the mod — he's not getting his XP recovered from the TV, and in the settings I don't see the Skill Recovery Journal settings, even though I'm the owner of the server. Why is that? Do I need another mod to use this mod?
I'm also using the Error Magnifier mod. Yes, I added the mod in both the Steam Workshop settings and the mod settings, but it's still not working.

If you're hosting from the main menu you need to enable the mod on the main menu first.

If the mod is enabled, not red/yellow in the in-game mod menu (bottom right).

And you're still not seeing the sandbox options in the setup menu (If you're hosting from the main menu) then I'm out of troubleshooting options as to why 'the options aren't showing up'.

You can also access sandbox options from the admin menu.
