Journal is somehow interfering with experience multiplier of newer characters.
same as title, Journal is somehow interfering with experience multiplier of newer characters.
On my first character I read my books exp multipler seems to be working fine, but once this dies and change to a new character with a different profession, the experience multiplier of the books I read after reading the journal are not applied, only the base exp is earned by watching VHSs for example and constructing etc.

You can't read skill books if you're beyond their skill gap if I recall correctly. So I'm not sure if this is a bug. Unless I've misunderstood your message.
