Yes, it is a primary and (if you read the main comments) the author said that if you really whant a fire weapon, then use one of the flair guns, or the sharpend volcano fragment.

Pyro is not entirely about burning but actually ambushing and team-support, like reflecting projectiles, pushing back enemy players, protecting his team (especially the Engineer), and more. Despite being a "PYRO," it isn't really all about fire. There's a lot of depth into the class if you look into all of the possibilities.

well partrey becuse it maybe use full to attck and a lot damge the weaking is no airbag and the range is shorter then flameflower. this weapon is very danger then heavy.

WELLLLL the demoman is supposed to blow stuff up, yet they gave him the sword and shield, so I think that they can apply a similar thing to the pyro if they want

melee because how are you supposed to catch a spy if he goes invisible and you cant fling a flame thrower everywhere. also how can i reflect rockets with a chain saw
