its not possible over steam anymore when u dont on the game in steam, but can google it and find other way - i own the game in gog and have the same issue

also here is a link if u trust me :D

If u do, just subscribe(download will start in roughly 5 mins, or restart steam to force it) and then activate it in the games mod-manager in the start menu.
