Team CX made an addon for conveniently adding all their enemies, its linked in the description.
I'm curious though...their whitelist XComANCE_units.ini file contains a single unit override entry at the bottom of it, whereas in your mod all the stat changes and overrides happen in the XComANCE.ini config file.

Does what they did actually work properly?
Will it still play nice with the category override updates you just did?
