I just gave a kid the workaholic trait, not realising that the learning activities are considered recreation and so the kids learning skill tanked, his mood tanked, and the colony's mood tanked because he was unhappy. There really needs to be some kind of warning system for these conflicts, or better yet, make it so that those traits aren't avaliable for kids at their early development stages.
