Does the Ai use this, if so, is there a way to prevent Ai from using it?

The AI does not currently use these, no.

Thankyou. I am waiting for a "Reality Setting" option in the game which would mimic actual world capabilities, as the game stands, it is basically "chess". (Mirror Power Levels on all sides).
