Advanced MRBMs: 1 Megaton MRBM, and MIRV MRBM with the appropriate technology. Additionally, Rapid Launch technology is available, after MRBM.
SSBN Rebalance: SSBNs now no longer have all SLBMs become MIRVs immediately when the tech is research, SLBM MIRVs are now a separate missile, called SLMIRV.
Mobile Radar: There are now mobile short wave Radar trucks, available with Short Wave Radar technology.
Silo Tech: Silos are now better with Advanced Construction technology, and in addition Heavy Rockets tech is cheaper to make Silos more attractive.

SSBNs are now cheaper than vanilla by a little (patch 1.0.3) because they do not get auto-upgraded to MIRV missiles; Submarine Launched MIRV missiles are however, more expensive. Overall this is more balanced.
