- added vampiric corruption for Raiding stance.
- added dilemma for starting new mortal empire campaign:
- Mannfred should stay in Sylvania or go to oasis or confederate with Vlad.

- New Forge Mechanic from Morrslieb Altar modification implemented.

If you use both my mod & Morrslieb Altar, now it is enough to use only my mod as it contains all features of the original mod.

Early implementation, so requires thorough testing.
