The unusual effect could be smaller tho, kind too big on scout

In which way? Height? Volume?

The hats I put the effect on aren't exactly reminiscent of a lot of hats in TF2 nowadays... Think of the Patriot Peak or the Well Wrapped Hat. You wouldn't want the effect to get eaten up by these, even if you can adjust them up or down.

Not opposed to changing/updating the effect either, I just dont think I understand what you mean fully.
