In some cases, portraits may not be downloaded during the initial installation. If this happens, please try pressing the install button again.
In some cases, the cache may not be cleared, so restarting the game may update it.


If the update does not work properly

Select “Download” from the Content Planet, then select “Ruler of Steel” from the subscribed planets.
Press “Install Planet” and it should update.
If it doesn't work, try again a few times or restart the game and it may update.

In some cases, Windows security settings may prevent the update from completing. If this happens, unsubscribe and then delete the following folder.

After that, please subscribe once and then reinstall Planet.

You can check whether the campaign is the latest version by confirming that the initial commodity when the campaign started is 300,000.
