well, why the heck is there blood? did he get damaged by a rocket?

I FOUND OUT WHAT HAPPENED! im pretty sure the map just copy's whatever happens in any room including textures, so i got damaged in one of the rooms so it copied the blood texture in the room

I blew up some barrels in the laundry closet thing and everytime it generated again the explosion marks were still there so i think marks like blood and burn marks carry over to other rooms

Every room in the map is already in the map, Just that you can't see it, Each room is being stored in a way where the player cannot interact and see them, They can either be spawned via console, Or spawned normally by the wood parts below all doors, If there are any textures that are suddenly in one copy of the room, i guess it just takes that information and applies it to all copies? i am not that smart so idk, But i do know this happens because it's happened to me too with bullet holes instead of blood
