I'm having an issue playing as Spain. I'm HRE Emperor and it makes my name Duchy of Spain instead of Empire of Spain. I know why it is happening, and I tried many work-arounds to no avail. Let me know what you think. I love this mod btw.

Oh that's working as intended, if you're in the HRE you have to meet the dev requirements for each government rank. It's to stop OPMs from using Empire names if they become emperor.
