Report a translation problem
While it isn't stated anywhere obvious, Europa Expanded broke off from the Expanded Family, and no longer guarantees compatibility with them.
Unfortunately, with every new update Europa Expanded receives, it becomes more and more its own thing, thus making compatibility with other of the Expanded Family mods less and less possible.
As for that particular problem the OP has posted, I had it too. And I found out that the main culprit was Governments Expanded. I still play with Subjects Expanded, Flavor Events Expanded, and Trade Goods Expanded and so far, my campaigns are ok.
Then again, who knows. Maybe in the future I'll have to probably stop using those alongside EE as well.
