Level 5 and more?
Since i can't just comment... (I have never played Gloom Digital but have a question for you)

Why did you stop at level 4? It's a limit of the official game?

Abilities only go to Level 4 in Jaws of the Lion.
There is a sealed pack that says, "HALT! Do not open this pack of cards until this character reaches level 5!"
As I have not yet reached level 5 with any of the Jaws of the Lion characters.
Once I do I will create a separate Sealed Pack mod for each class, these should be fully compatible with each other and with this mod.

As an aside, I have started work on these extra packs but I can't upload them to the workshop. The current workshop implementation requires that I create the mod folder through the Gloomhaven application and it generates a meta data file at that time. Right now when I create a new mod it creates the folder as expected but not the metadata file.
