DNC goof - Theodore Roosevelt not succeeding McKinley.
6-7 times/10 the US gets stuck with a generic leader, locking everybody out of either the Gold Standard or Bimetallism focus.
Any specific flags that should be checked for him to rise? Is it that either me or the AI looked at their diplo tab that left them unable to get him?

same thing is happening to me. It looks like Theodore Roosevelt isn't part of this mod.

Fixed in the last update. Just wait a bit and it's hard-coded to happen.
Big Sticks are now legal.
