Almost every few months france gets a civil war. (western VS emerging) the emerging side pops up everytime in brittany

I've got that as well, its 1913 and theres been like 4 civil wars.

Damn, so realistic... too much perhaps. It was the same in my game starting 1936, France managed 3 fairly swift civil wars, booting themselves from Allies (making my Germany survival a bit difficult).
