My only major gripe with the mod is that when you equip an item to a crew member, it just gives them a copy of the item and you keep the original. To me it just kinda sounds unfair. There should at least be a config option that makes it so if you give a piece of equipment to the crew, you actually give it to them, and if you want it back, you'll need to take it off of them.

I feel like not only does this make the mod a bit more balanced, but makes the process of outfitting your crew with gear a more involved one.
