Halo: Covenant Portraits
Ez a téma ki van emelve, tehát valószínűleg fontos.

got a bug: I built a robotic assembly plant and I can produce robots but when i produce them there is no portrait and they do not appear on the species tab. They also don't have the "mechanical promethean" trait.

I just did a test run and it works fine for me. I don't know why that would happen. If you have any other mods, try using it without them. Also, you have wait for it to tick in after a month or so when you have your first robot pop.

theres a kig yar faction in my current game and its in the middle of an ai rebellion and that ai faction is able to build prometheans and a lot of the portraits for the robots in their population are invisible

I'll check it out when I have time, thanks.
Very strange bug! All the weapons from my fleets, rather than fire their lasers and projectiles from the ships themselves, are firing from the main star of whichever planetary system a battle is taking place in. Just beams of lasers and bolts of plasma spewing from the system's star with pinpoint accuracy. I also have the latest versions of NSCS, Sins of the Prophets, and the corresponding NSCS compatibility patch for the latter.

I noticed it too, but I'm not affiliated with those mods. You should probably ask them on their mod page about your issue.

Update on this: After running another Empire it seems that if you choose the Living Forerunner trait all other factions using a Covenant species has their robots broken (missing portrait or sometimes promethean portrait) - the machine uprisings can occasionally cause crashes as well.

So machine uprisings are causing crashes too? Thanks again, I'll check it out today.

Sweet i'll make a new Empire and start a new game to test it soon, thanks for updating:)
Finally getting time to start a new game again - it still seems like the other factions have issues with missing portraits for robots if you use Living Forerunner. Haven't hit a machine uprising yet but I shared sensor link with another faction and looked through their pops and some of their robot ones have missing portraits. Not all, but some. Don't see any other factions spawning the promethean portrait robots though so thats good?

Are you sure this is not from another mod? Because some portrait mods can overwrite other portraits if they have the same species name? I'll look at it one more time to see if I can recreate it on my end. If not, I may just change it to just adding a few promethean the pops to your empire at the start of the game (I found out how to do it now).
I'm not using many mods or anything else that edits portraits besides your Halo Covenant/Promethean/Banished ones and Sins of the Prophets. The only other mod that touches portraits is the Flood replacer for Preythoryn scourge - but I don't think that mod is the issue because it just converts the scourge to flood portraits. It may just be better to make them a unique pop and then just add it at the start like you were saying.
