You can open them but its quite strange. You can push or fist something like that the keylocks next to the door and they open. This feature is really buggy atm but it works

Yea sorry about that, I will be adjusting the way that loading bay B door opens in the next update its been a nightmare trying to sort out a realistic way to get doors working with vanilla Pavlov. ill be simplifying it until the next workshop update that will hopefully let us add more interactive stuff without a ton of additional programming and custom gamemodes expect an update this week sometime that should allow the doors to open by just getting close to the keypads/keyboards
