Reclaiming Territory for UFP Member Worlds (after they are fully a Tier 3 member World)
I am playing a game as United Earth and formed the UFP - I started with Tellerites, Andorians, Vulcans and Humans.

Eventually The Tellerites, Andorians and Vulcans all progressed to become a Tier 3 Member World. Eventually I went to war with the Cardiassians and it turns out the Tellerites had claims on 5 of the Cardassian's systems. I won the war and the 5 systems were handed over to the Tellerites (level 3 member world in UFP).

How do I transfer ownership of these 5 systems I won from the Tellerites to the UFP?

I keep forgetting to write the event to handle this! But it's on my list. :)
