romulan project mimus / destabilizing local rivals campaign
I don't quite understand how I can achieve the original effect of the mimus ship after the agenda and researching it. Even though I have the Reman at full Citizenship and military services etc., after researching it I got told that it wouldn't work cause I needed a species with better telepathic abillities. The remans are telepaths, or do i need vulcans? Am i missing smth? pls help Love the mod btw:Blessing:

You should be given a list of species you can target. Remans, from memory, have a lower chance of success. Did it give you another option once you failed?

no. After finishing the agenda i got a screen where they told me, I'd not be able to use them cause
romulans aren't telepathic enough or smth. And then the only 2 options were refit the mimus project and just waiting. Ive played romulans multiple times and tried both options(when i had remans at full citizenship) and neither made anything. I then inly ever had the option in Situation log for reutillising the mimus project. thx for answer btw. (:
