Cant form the UFP
Hello all,
I have an issue forming the UFP. I checked all the information about this. I have everything needed to form the UFP..

I am in an alliance with: Vulcan, the andorians and antares (which is not necessary). All events are over and i am in the year 2202. Do i need to be in charge of the alliance to get the event?

Please help :)

Have you run the agenda to form it?

You form the UFP by running an agenda in your empire's council.
