What is the trick with the prime infiltration crisis? I am playing as Terran empire and no matter how much I send in to fight, they always kill 2 for every 1 of theirs and I can not seem to make progress. I even sent fleets of millions and they magically always jump up in strength. Feel like I am missing a mechanic or something.
