When opening Stellaris with mod it reaches 100% and then crashes before entering the main menu

I have tried re-installing the mod and verifying the game files, even turned it to directx 9 like some other threads suggested but it always crashes when trying to enter the menu it seems

Are you definitely running on Stellaris 3.10.4, and with no other mods running?

If so, post your error log here?
