Leaders
I recently gave New Civilizations a try. Months ago I had been playing New Horizons. I think overall I prefer New Civilizations. The one thing that is an issue is the limits on Leaders. Managing leaders is no where near as good.

Do you mean the Leader Cap? It is the same as vanilla essentially, personally my preference is also a bit higher, but there are several mods out there that you can use to bring it up to whatever level you enjoy - I recommend a mod that adds Leader Cap through tech or similar, since just giving a flat increase to, say, 100, breaks the vanilla mechanics too much for my tastes.

True, but we need more leaders to take advantage od some civics like "Spirit of Exploration" and during a war, so hard cap of 6, 8 or 9 leader is far too low. Also, when we as players start as minor civilisation, our unity production is abysmal, so going over the starting cap of 6 is very dangerous. So, if possible, we need 2-4 more.
