I've been stuck for about 10 years on the stage IV part of The Expanse situation. No events are popping up and it won't advance itself. I can't see any way to manually move the progress forward (monthly change is 0.0).

My analysts don't seem to be very good either; they think the weapon will launch in 2174...which is four years ago...
